Terms of Service
The terms on which institutions and their directors use BoardDesk as a system of record for board proceedings.
This is an interim summary. The binding document is being drawn up with counsel ahead of the first institutional rollout and will be published here in full before general availability.
Acceptable use
BoardDesk is for legitimate board and committee governance. Accounts are for named individuals — directors, secretaries and counsel — and must not be shared. Do not attempt to reach another board's material.
The record
Sealed minutes and recorded resolutions are append-only. Once sealed, an entry is not edited away; corrections are made on the record. This is by design — the integrity of the trail is the point.
Service and support
