Isolation between boards
Every board's papers, minutes and resolutions are quarantined by row-level security. Membership gates reads; officer roles gate writes. A conflicted director is held out of the affected item, fail-closed.
An audit trail that holds
Consequential actions are written to an append-only audit trail — who acted, on what, and when. Sealed records cannot be quietly rewritten, which is what makes the trail worth trusting.
